Technically and medically we call this as hypersensitivity.
The way our body reacts to certain foods, drugs, flowers pollen etc...
There are 4 types of hypersensitivity reactions. Of which immediate and cell mediated immunity are most common. When your are exposed to certain foods and drugs, your body starts reacting to it to cope up with infection.
Type I or anaphylactic reactions

Type II or cytotoxic reactions

Pollen

One of the most common indicated of allergy is rash. It may be due to any of causative agents. You will start to itch along with other side effects. Sometimes the drug induced allergy may end up in death too.
One of the commonly used medication is "EpiPen". This is a self administrating device used to treat allergy. Most people carry "EpiPen" with them if they are most exposed to allergy.
EpiPen delivers the drug epinephrine. It is medication used when someone is experiencing a severe allergy.

Gargling with salt water gives relief to your sore or scratchy throat. Do this once or twice a day throughout to ease congestion.
Things which should be your high priority
Stay indoors.
The best time to go outside is after a heavy rain.
Avoid gardening works
Remove clothes you've worn outdoors
Wear a proper mask if you do outside chores
Eat healthy

Follow these simple home medication. Never go for derma products on your own. An expired sunscreen cream can also cause you this effect. Wash your pillows and bedsheets often. Clean you bed and room before going to bed. Stay away from dust.
