Do's And Don'ts during COVID 19

Covid !! 

Pandemic right !! 
     Many countries are reported active cases daily and even death are eventually happening. Some have implemented lockdown and some countries have implemented partial lockdown. 

Some countries have become Corona free and mask free which is happy to hear. 

But many countries like India are still reporting cases and death daily. People say this is not because of strict lockdown implementation. Some say mutated virus affects people so rapidly. 



Here are few tips, do's and don'ts during this Pandemic

DO'S 
    
1. Take your medication strictly prescribed by your doctor 
         Take medication prescribed by your doctor. Take at regular intervals and days as mentioned by your doctor. Never skip your medication. Some medication may have little complications which you should be worried off. If symptoms persist take steps to contact your doctor

2. Take proper nutrition
         Since your doctor may prescribe you little medication, you should take proper medication to cope with it. Ensuring proper nutrition with push your body to respond to drugs. Take foods that are easy to digest and certainly rich in nutrition.

3. Hygiene should be at most priority
        Maintain proper hygiene. Clean your door nobs your windows and you house regularly with disinfectant. This will inturn eliminate contamination of virus in your surroundings. 

4. Take more fluids 
             Instead of solids go for fluids since they are much easy to digest and rich in your micros. Hydrate yourself with fruit juice and milk shake. Never go for carbonated drinks, since it is not healthy, may also weaken your immune system

5. Have temperature check 
          Check your temperature once in every 4 to 6 hrs. This will guide you on your progress. You can even check your pulse and oxygen saturation using oximeter. Try lying in prone position which may improve your o2 level 

6. Do social distancing
         Make this as your high priority. You never know who is affected by virus. It may be your neighbour, friend even your relatives. Many people present to be asymptomatic

7. Self quaratine
        If you find to have any covid related symptoms, start self quaratine on your own. Take complete rest and proper nutrition too.

8. Get some fresh air


          Instead of spending time in air-conditioner, try getting fresh air. Get a little walk in your lawn. This inturn reduces your depression, make yourself relaxed

9. Take vitamin tablets 


           Take vitamin tablet expecially vit c. This will boost your immune system 

Don'ts 

1. Avoid crowded areas 


          Never spend time in crowded areas.

2. Never take medication on your own 
      This might lead to severe complications which might put you in trouble

3. Avoid eating outside foods 


           You doesn't know how it is prepared and people who prepares it is covid free or not. So never go for outside foods 

4. Never gets depressed
        Keep yourself happy, self engaged in some work. Try learning new things. Take this time as your opportunity

5. Never touch your face and eyes without washing your hands 
         Never ever do this, which is main causes of the spread. Use sanitizer often 

6. Never share utensils
         Again last but not least never share your belongings with your neighbors..
